Walt and June Hollis opened the doors in 1986 with a handwritten menu and one fryer. Their son Carl and his wife Marisa cook here today, and the recipes June wrote on index cards still hang by the pass.

The word from
Carl Hollis grew up cooking in this room, standing at the stove next to his mother. He and his wife Marisa run the kitchen now, and the recipes June wrote on index cards still hang by the pass.
The stock simmers overnight. The fries are cut before we open, the noodles are rolled here, and the pies go in at six in the morning.
